The length of time I have to wait to get my teeth sorted is outrageous I started with an abscess in December I have had 2 more since, I had to wait until June for a check up and cannot get treatment until October !! Nearly a year after the first abscess which is tipping my mental health over the years she

Fitted in for emergency appt when tooth became very loose and gum infected.Tooth removed same day and dentute fitted week later.

Rang at 9am needing an emergency appointment seen at 10:30am very professional throughout advised what options I had and procedure completed and finished in 10 mins

It was the first time I had seen dentist in 3 years because of Covid and staff shortages I had been treated well by everybody at the practice

My dentist is so lovely , kind , makes you feel at ease and professional. He was so busy but still found time to explain everything and my new denture fits even better than my old one

Appointment was hard to get and then very rushed considering I had an infection. Follow on appointment was delayed due to dentist annual leave and now left with a raised filling which prevents chewing and now have to wait 4 months to complete treatment.

The dentist informed me what he was doing at all stages of the treatment. I felt confident enough in his skills that I could relax and therefore the treatment was not a problem to me.

For someone who has a very bad phobia and anxiety around coming to the dentist, this was a very positive expierence. 1.. l wasn't kept waiting long, which is definitely good for my anxiety. 2.. the lady working with the dentist was understand and very good with me. 3.. the dentist himself was amazing, talking and explaining what he was doing and when all the way through. Thank you.
