Id made a emergency appointment, but turned up on the wrong day, the receptionist was really understanding, and asked the dentist if he would still see me, saw me straight away and sorted out my problem excellent

Both dental technicians I saw were professional, friendly & efficient. I always feel really anxious going to the dentist but they helped to put me at ease. I wouldn’t want to go to any other dentist surgery ?

Despite the much reduced service available i was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day. The receptionist and dentist were both friendly and professional. Obviously i am unhappy with the fact that i have been unable to book a routine check up for a very long time. If i had been seen back in June 2022 when i requested a check up the long standing infection i have would have been identified then. Also the surgery has been unable so far to provide an appointment for me to have the follow up treatment i now need. However i do understand this is not the fault of the surgery but a national issue. I work for the NHS and understand the pressures faced by all those attempting to give good care in a broken system.

I hate going to the dentist, but everyone is lovely and puts you at ease ,and it may sound silly but when you are in the waiting room you cant hear any noises ,the sound of a drill when you are terrified makes it 100 times worse !!

I needed an appointment due to a problem with my gums which wouldn’t mend. I phoned and lady on reception recommended I phone at 9 am next day for an emergency appointment which I did. I need treatment but have to wait until August as only 1 NHS dentist. I am waiting in the cancellations queue.

Great friendly service. Made me feel comfortable and was the amount of pain I’ve had both injection and felling. When definitely recommend this practice

I received a very thorough service, i went in for temporary filling replacement and was given a full check up, clean and polish, and had an additional permanent filling replacement

Sat waiting to be called in by the dentist, new practice manager spoke very unprofessionally to the receptionist, for all to hear, about an appointment she had wrongly booked in. I felt so embarrassed for the receptionist, and felt slightly awkward myself. Why couldn’t this have taken place behind closed doors, to prevent her being belittled and humiliated.
