I do not like visiting dentist had a bad experience when I was 5 but do not know why I worry had two filings and did not feel anything brilliant

Was really worried about a tooth extraction. Was put at ease and really pleased how well it went. Experienced very little pain afterwards.

The Dentist I saw as an Emergency Dentist (due to my usual Dentist no longer working at the practice any longer); the new Dentist gave an outstanding service, he sorted the problem out straight away and explained everything in a concise and clear manner. He immediately put me at ease, was friendly, approachable and totally professional. I was so pleased to be pain and discomfort free. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice. Thank you cxxx

The friendly staff, appointment on time, Atmosphere very relaxed. The gentleman that did my treatment was exceptional felt very relaxed he was very caring about making sure you were ok.

The staff at South Normanton Dental Practice are always welcoming and friendly. I have seen various dentists, recently and they are open and approachable. They'll keep asking if you're ok during treatment and you can ask questions and advice. N.B. I feel that the lab they use in Chesterfield leaves a lot to be desired. They have had to have repeated impressions, they've sent through a plate with NO teeth in it, then, when I was reaching the end of my treatment, they sent a plate with one too few teeth in it! I'm very happy with the dental practice itself... but they're being let down by the lab that they use.

As a very nervous patient I was reassured and made to feel at ease by the dentist who was very knowledgeable and helped to calm me down by explaining everything and making sure l was comfortable at all times
