On calling the practice due to severe tooth pain the receptionist was very curt and frankly unhelpful. Firstly was offered an appointment in 11 days time even after I explained i couldn't wait that long as the pain was keeping me up in the night, only after a further 7 mins on the phone did she say that I could call and 9am for an emergency appointment. Throughout this long phonecall the receptionist seemed extremely annoyed with myself, which when you're in alot of pain is very upsetting.

After the initial upset caused by my appointment being changed and me not being advised. Impacted by the dentist then being late. My return visit to see the Dentist the following day I found her to be Very caring, compassionate, informative & knowledgeable. Fingers crossed she says. A great asset!

The dentist I saw was exceptionally rude and dismissed my symptoms and made me feel self conscious and stupid. And I still have toothache. I’m very unhappy with the service and I will be getting a second opinions elsewhere.

Our new lady dentist! So easy to talk to and very very good. All the staff were wonderful with us today. Welcoming and warm. Liked the information board too and the new feel to the practice. Thank you all.

The reception/waiting room needs to be more sensory sensitive to patients. On the day I was there, the radio was very loud and intrusive in the waiting area. There was a lady with dementia sitting in the waiting room for whom there needed to be more awareness and sensitivity to her needs regardless of where she was distracted or disturbed by the noise. I know Autistic people would struggle with loud environments.

She was very caring with a difficult procedure. She stopped when she could see I was panicking and explained everything. She didn’t rush or dismiss me when my tooth had broken causing issues.

Very friendly and professional service was delivered to me today. I appreciate them helping me with my dental care by offering me more frequent check ups due to me struggling because of pregnancy.
