Very friendly and helpful front desk. Took time to ask me if the dentist had sorted my problem. Dentist and assistant very friendly and talked me through what they were going to do. Only issue was they were running 30 mins late but I accept that can happen on a very busy day.

I arrived for my appointment on time, sat for 25 minutes to then get told that the appointment had been allotted the wrong amount of time for my procedure and that I had to re book…

Ease of getting through on the phone, being able to access a same day emergency appointment, friendliness of all the team from reception, dental nurse and my dentist and getting a resolution to my dental issue.

The receptionist was lovely, professional and efficient. I hadn’t seen this Dentist before but I hope she will be my regular person. I was given more information in this visit about the health of my teeth than I’ve ever been given before. Highly recommend.

Wasted my time rebooked in 5weeks for teeth removal when my dad in pain this appointment was booked today for teeth removal? 2 appointments now and no teeth removed rip off and rude dentist would never recommend.

Dentist was very pleasant with clear explanation of what was going on all the time. Helpful suggestions moving forward again with clear advice and explanations. Very nice manner with children as well.
