Seen on time. Dentist was very thorough but a little rough with the mirror when moving it around gums. It was quite uncomfortable at times.

Very good professional service by the hygenist. I have many fillings, missing teetth etc, the hygienist takes the necessary care and provides valuable advice at every visit.

The treatment was good and the staff were friendly. However my appointment was 30 mins later than it was scheduled for.

Receptionist friendly remembered my name not been for over 6 months ! Kept me updated after appointment and whether the dentist was on time . Assistant to dentist polite and greeted me on journey to dentist room . Dentist ok all pleasant and professional thank you

I had to wait more than 30 minutes as for some reason a downstairs room wasn’t free and I can’t do your stairs, which was not really ideal. Otherwise everything was fine

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were kept waiting for a downstairs surgery to become available. We do try our utmost to arrange the appointment books to allow our clinicians to swap to a downstairs surgery in a timely manner. Sometimes, appointments take a little longer than expected and this results in an unavoidable delay. We sincerely apologise for the lengthy delay you experienced, but we are happy to hear that everything was fine apart from this.

Receptionists so lovely. Hygienist so gentle and considerate to my son this morning. This was his first time seeing a hygienist and he was anxious. Thank you so much for making his experience a great one and explaining each step of the process with him.
