The endodontist was very friendly and professional. He was able to confirm his diagnosis within a short time with his vast experience and expertise, together with a referral letter which I obtained from another dental clinic. I wasn’t charged for the consultation even though he provided valuable advices as I wouldn’t be able to proceed with the procedure. He explained everything clearly to me and even answered some of my questions. I’m very impressed with his professionalism and generosity. Greatly appreciated that.

I found the Dentist very friendly and welcoming, and very clear about the procedure that I was needing. The Dentist was professional, precise, and no pressure. She made my decision very easy for me to decide.

Appointment (1020) was 45 minutes late due to dentist having emergency appointment that morning. Reception did not inform/update me about this and I had to ask. No reply to my email to the Practice asking why my appointment brought forward 10 minutes without consultation.

The dentist and dental assistance was very helpful and addressed my questions for me and my family as we had a block booking. The dental surgeries receptionist was kind enough to call as i was 10 minutes late for my appointment (due to horrendous london traffic) and made sure we was still able to see our dentist and reassured me that the dentist will see us. Haven't changed dentist as i have moved to the other side of greenwich plainly because greenwich dental practice is the best :)

My appointment was at 12.40 on a Saturday, after waiting till 1pm i asked how late they were running and was told 15 minutes, at that point it had already 20 minutes late. Finally got seen at 1.45 over an hour late. Treatment was fine and staff were polite but better information on timrs would have been appreciated
