My appointment was at 12.40 on a Saturday, after waiting till 1pm i asked how late they were running and was told 15 minutes, at that point it had already 20 minutes late. Finally got seen at 1.45 over an hour late. Treatment was fine and staff were polite but better information on timrs would have been appreciated

I went in with dental pain and was told during the examination that the xray machine wasn’t working. Had I been told this prior to my appointment I would have rearranged. I also found the dentist’s manner oddly defensive as if I was wasting her time by coming in with a complaint that required an X-ray. I have now had to make a new appointment for which I will, no doubt, be charged again.

There was a delay in my appointment, due to the precious patient. Thinking forward it would be better to keep the clients updated, however my procedure was great, happy with the results.

An extremely good service. My dentist was so thorough and nothing was too much trouble. Kept informed throughout my treatment. Would definitely recommend.
