As a man not attending a dentists in over 20 years as i needed to attend as an Yeah emergency appointment the dentist himself Is the most amazing mas he took all my fears and worries away highly recommand.

I called the clinic at 9am asking for an emergency appointment as I had a toothache, and was told to come in just after midday. The offending tooth was extracted. The dentist made sure at all times that I was feeling alright and only allowed me to leave when he was happy with the healing process.

My dentist as usual, was welcoming and attentive. She explained the treatment options very clearly and explained the pros and cons of the three options. I am ahoy with the treatment given.

Reception staff very professional as was the Dentist and her Dental Nurse. Although I do not like going to the Dentist ( who does ? ) the staff are friendly courteous and professional. The reception area and treatment room are clean and tidy and is both welcoming and informative.

I’ve been going here for years however I like my privacy so didn’t appreciate it being shouted out that I was there for an extraction! Afterwards the receptionist shouted that as I was on universal credit I didn’t have to pay. This was incorrect but if I was I wouldn’t have appreciated the whole waiting room knowing!!! Then there was confusion over the bill. The ladies are lovely but please show some respect to patients and don’t shout my private business to me at the desk.

I have been with your practice since 1988 and have always found the service excellent and the staff very pleasant and helpful. I am a very nervous patient and always receive that little extra understanding from the staff.

Very professional, confirmed procedure and full discussion prior to start. My welfare was checked through out the procedure. It was a tricky extraction but the surgeon was happy to get assistance from another surgeon. Once the procedure was completed I was given plenty of advice on post procedure care. Very satisfied.
