I was explained my treatment in detail The dentist was professional I was given instructions of care post my treatment. The receptionist was polite and welcoming

I am very anxious at the dentist and the dentist was extremely sensitive, patient, and explained everything he was doing. felt very comfortable

I only had a check up and did not need any treatment but i found the staff very friendly and the premises was clean.i was made to feel very welcome.

Lovely friendly, helpful receptionist. Ali the dentist explained everything to me and put me at my ease. The dental nurse was professional and reassuring. Pleased with my treatment.

Fast, efficient and painless. I needed a tooth extracted as ana emergency and from the receptionist to the dentist all were great! Thank you.

The Receptionist. My Dentist was amazing and put me at ease and the training dental nurse. They worked together and communicated with me and each other . My best experience ever

I was really disappointed visiting the dentist today. I had to wait an extra 6 months from my original appointment made to be told the dentist no longer checks or touches the teeth for plaque and I have to pay £65 to have this carried out now with the hygienist. I was asked to stick out my tongue in directions and he counted my teeth then basically asked to leave with a £23 bill. Never have I ever been to the dentist without a tool entered in my mouth to at least check the teeth. I did ask for this and was refused. Now I’m having to wait a further 3 months for my teeth to be cleaned exactly how dentist used to work. Did I want another annual dentist appointment for this, no thanks! It seems to me that you only need a dentist appointment when you have pain so why waste £23.

The hygienist, was very good and put me at ease, friendly and I was very impressed on how clean my teeth were as I had a discoloured front tooth for years, now it's so good I can smile.
