When I explain to my dentist why I needed such a thorough check done on my teeth I felt listen to, and in my opinion he went above and beyond to make sure there wouldn’t be any problems after my heart surgery. The receptionist was very pleasant and the dental nurse was extremely helpful and happy. I came home and cried with happiness. Probably sounds daft, but it was such a lovely experience for a change. Many thanks everybody.

Very good as usual with my current dentist. Always makes me relaxed and explains things in full. Very happy with the treatment I’ve received.

The reassurance from the surgeon. Ive never had any surgical work done before so was very nervous! Clear instructions on aftercare and procedure was well explained before, also told me what might happen if it wasnt straightforward so i knew what to expect. Luckily it wasnt necessary but i was prepared which helped .

Helpful staff when contacting both Maldon and Hockley branches. Got me in as emergency in Hockley which was more local. The dentist was good, very helpful and I got the treatment and prescription I needed.

Efficiency all round and dentist was excellent made you feel at ease and explained everything to me what he was going to do. Also dental nurse was excellent.

The practice always seems well organised and the staff are helpful and polite. Our dentist always seems thorough and has a pleasant manner. Overall a good experience, as much as a visit to the dentist can be.

The receptionist was very helpful and managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment, the dentist was excellent, made me feel ease and very gentle with my tooth extraction I didn’t feel any discomfort.
