Some years since visiting a dentist i have health conditions of which yesterday the dentist was nice and very understanding as he could see i was nervous

Not advised that the dentist was running late and waited 20 minutes before being seen. Sent to the wrong waiting area.

Professional approach of the dentist and his team. I had a severe tooth pain. The dentist quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Our new dentist greeted my children with the warmest and kindest smile and demeanour. I felt instantly at ease and both my children commented how nice she was which is unheard of for my boys to comment on anything apart from fortnite levels

All the staff put me at ease and were really helpful. The dentist explained everything to me before proceeding and gave me some useful tips on cleaning. The receptionist was very approachable and helpful. Really impressed ?

They were very nice but I’m concerned, since a few weeks I have a hole / or a part broke away, foods sits in there and it’s very annoying. I don’t know what to do as my appointment was for emergency as I have pain in the area. My crown needs replacing badly, but they never said “ you need to book in” a part broke away from it 2 weeks ago. I expected them to say “ yes it needs do let’s book you in? Help ? Darren bushnell I explained I get major sensitivity with hot ittt egg ms ( not cold, ) but they just did the cold test.

Excellent service, the dentist listened to my concerns and checked out my teeth thoroughly and xrayed the area to confirm if there were any problems.
