My dentist is brilliant excellent patient care, understand to my treatment plan explained all the options in great detail to ensure that I could consider the options available. Outstanding patient care.

I came to Hockely after feeling traumatised by a recent treatment at another surgery and when I explained this to the lady on the phone she couldn’t have been more empathetic and reassuring. She told me that the dentist was very nice and really good. She was right, he calmed me and treated me with kindness and knew exactly what I needed. I cannot thank everyone there enough. I’m already feeling better.

Came in needing advice for emergency wisdom tooth extraction, was told I would have to wait 6-9 months (even privately regardless of where I went) was also told I was lucky to get the same day emergency appointment, then they tried to prescribe me drugs to take for the long waiting period which both cause chest and lung pain even after filling out the questionnaire and explaining that I’m recovering from a pneumothorax (collapsed lungs) I am actually disgusted at this service as when I got home I looked online and found private dentists who can perform the procedure within 2 weeks. Would say thanks for the help but it was a complete waste of time. Will be informing others about this who also use this dentist.

Very satisfied with resin front tooth when I left surgery yesterday but disappointed when resin cap fell off this morning! Hoping this can be rectified.

My dentist is the best I have ever had. He has a fantastic manner which makes me feel at ease (and not judged in any way!) and explains things really clearly.
