Had a filling at the end of November and it fell out at the beginning of December. It’s deep and painful but I can only return for it fixing at a time when I would lose pay at work. Which in effect would be like paying twice for an inadequate job. I’m left with a hole and toothache for Christmas because no other dentist at the practice will see me and my dentist is going on holiday!

Excellent service provided by Oaklands dental practice. Excellent dentist practitioner who is polite and explains everything in detail before commencing treatment. Excellent reception staff who provide excellent follow up appointments. Overall, my dental practice provide the best service would definitely recommend.

Great communication, great pain control during procedures, check ups ,can’t fault it( apart from struggled to get mutually agreed follow up appointment , but this was influenced by my work commitments )

I visited for my regular check up and was seen at the appointed time, no delays. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and clear explanations were given. I feel like I'm in good hands with regards to my dental care.

All staff very friendly and polite. Surgery clean and modern. Hand gel available for use to prevent infections. Superb dentist very friendly and gentle, always explains before he does any treatment. Many thanks for the service

Happy with treatment. It is unfortunate that they cannot / will not accept any more NHS patients. Therefore difficult to recommend.

Nice to get a reminder about appointment. All staff helpful and engaging.Dental staff gave clear details about treatment and follow up advice.
