The most polite and pleasant dentist I have ever seen with me and his assistant. Made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me to smile again. Can’t thank the dentist and his team enough. Thank you.

Everything good, text confirmations of appointments and reminders. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Dentist always explains what he is going to do and checks other things besides my teeth which never used to happen.

This dental surgery is quite efficient and the treatment I received was effective and appropriate. I went for a check up which I received and asked to undergo a treatment plan involving the hygienist. I was asked to sign an iPad to agree with dental charges and the course of action. I could not see any reference as to what I was signing for so I had to trust the dentist as to what it entailed. When I spoke to the receptionist regarding payment and further appointments in order to see the hygienist I was informed I must see the hygienist within 2 months otherwise if I wanted to see the hygienist at a later date I must make a further appointment to see the dentist. I could not afford to pay £70 for the hygienist so I made a further appointment to see the dentist in 6 months with a view to seeing the hygienist in 2024.

I have been registered with the surgery most of my life and have always had a good experience and good care. In terms of recent experiences I haven’t had to wait too long for my appointments and the dentist explained outcome of assessments / check ups. Staff are friendly and listen to concerns and answer questions. Overall would recommend.

I always get an appointment when needed. My dentist is always very professional, friendly and reassuring. I told him yesterday that I really trusted him.

Quick, clean and clever....emergency extraction....pain gone! The Dentist was standing in for my usual Dentist who was on holiday. I rang in the morning and my pain was gone by 11am wonderful job. Thank you

I’m not a fan of having dentistry - but the front desk staff are so kind and patient. They are friendly and down to earth. The text message updates are helpful and the dentist is always clean and tidy. My dentist is kind and honest, great guy. Thank you so much.

Having always dreaded the dentist in the past, it's so great to find gentle treatment including the hygienist which hasn't always been my experience! The receptionist give excellent customer service and are so lovely!

Having had toothache for a while, rang the practice who managed to fit me in the following morning. I received a call at 8.30 am as promised. I saw a different dentist than usual and all I can say is that the visit went extremely well, very professional and handled sympathetically.
