The dentist was superb, I don’t really like going to the dentist but he made me very relaxed explaining exactly what was going to happen. Well done

I have been with this surgery for about 9 years the service is always excellent. The dentist is very thorough and explains exactly what is happening at each point of the examination.

I really appreciate that I receive text reminders a few days before each appointment. Then also a phone call the day before just to make sure everything ok and the appointment can go head. Admin team is super-organised and very polite and friendly. Truly great customer service!!

Very expensive NHS dentist. I have noticed that this dentist has a poster explaining the NHS band charges in their waiting room. It states that a scale and polish is included in band 1 and is 1 cost. Each time I come I go to see the dentist and then I pay the band 1 cost and then I get sent to the hygienist for very light clean but then I get charged again. I feel although I may be overcharged as the poster states that what the hygienist does is included in band 1.

Always made to feel relaxed can not fault talks you through what they are examining tells you what they will be doing who will be treating you so kind and caring

Always lovely staff and always have a thorough check up when I visit. They are also very caring when I ring up asking for an appointment they always fit me in.

Recently had to have a tooth removed. I didn't feel a thing. Excellent dentist. All the team that work here are lovely, organised and efficient.

Kept informed, both dentist & hygienist listened to my concerns & fear of dentists due to bad childhood experiences, put me at ease & gave me some control over proceedings.
