The dentist was lovely and friendly and the trainee also. Very patient. Had a laugh and i felt so relaxed as i struggle with anxiety. Id be more than happy to visit her again. I came out calm and happy to go back

Friendly and efficient service at reception. The dentist and dental assistant were very friendly, put me at ease and listened to and answered all my questions in a clear and helpful manner. I had full confidence in the treatment and advice I was given.

Always courteous and friendly at reception. Inside the building is always clean and the surgeries are always spotless. Very gentle and understanding Dentist and treatment, if you are nervous ?

The dentist and her helper explained everything which I need. I’m not a novice at dentists but I don’t know anything. She was excellent

Was given an appointment promptly to sort out an acute issue - which was appreciated. The only negative thing was being on hold on the telephone in a queue for well over an hour - but I did call on Monday morning so no doubt you were inundated.

The professionalism of my dentist, and her patience in answering my queries about my treatment. She is a very pleasant person and gives me confidence that my teeth are being looked after properly. At 74 years old this is very important to me. She also understands that I am quite a nervous patient but she gets the job done with understanding, always remembering that I don't like to be set back in the chair too low because of a back problem.

All staff friendly but professional. Full explanation given of the treatment required including the fact that I would feel some pain. Transferred here when my dentist at Gleadless closed, would definitely recommend.

I have a phobia and get stressed and teary even at a check up, your hygienist was understanding both her and her assistant tried so hard to calm me it was greatly appreciated
