No delay in seeing dentist ,in fact i think i was seen a couple of minutes before the appt time. Wasnt over busy. Everyone really friendly

Got me seen quickly after 2 cancelled appointments due to my dentist being off ill. Managed to get me in same day as 2nd cancelled appointment with another dentist. Very grateful. Treatment was excellent.

The dentist listened and was considerate of me not been great with the dentist. Explained the procedures fully and ensured I was comfortable throughout. No complaints at all.

I needed an emergency appointment the reception team collaborated really well to ensure I got a same day appointment. Josephine who isn’t my usual dentist was great, she put me at ease and temporarily restored my filling to put my mind at ease.

My dentist was exceptional, she explained everything very clearly to myself and my children and spoke to me with understanding about issues I was having with my teeth.

Due to a crown falling out, I contacted the practice on Thursday 5/1/23. An appointment was made for me on the 6/1/23 and my crown was rectified.

Friendly service. Was seen within 5 mins off arriving didn't have to return to see hygienist as dentist had a cancellation

The entire experience. The ladies on reception are helpful both in person and on the phone. The dental nurses are always polite and look like they enjoy their jobs. The dentists have always been professional and personal to my needs each time i go.Taking time to listen how I've been getting on and explaining treatments.
