From the reception staff to the dentist and dental nurse I was treated kindly, compassionately and gently. The dentist who treated me is truly the best I have ever visited. He helped me to stay calm and was very reassuring and explained fully the treatment as I needed a tooth extraction. My own nhs dentist in Whitehawk and the Coombe Road branch would not provide an emergency nhs appointment for me despite calling at 9am. Funnily enough (not) could fit me in if I paid for Private treatment.

I had severe pain in the remains of a tooth. 111 recommended that it was first come, so turn up 9am. That’s wrong, but when I did show up, they booked me an appointment for an hour later. When I saw the dentist, he was friendly and put me at ease straight away, telling me he would explain what to expect at each point. Sat in the chair nervous, he explained to take the tooth out, I would feel a needle and then a large one. He said then I would just feel force but it wouldn’t hurt, and he was right. It didn’t hurt, I felt like the whole experience was miles better than I expected and after having 3 days of severe pain, he very kindly fixed my pain in less than 2 minutes. If I could talk after the process, I’d of told him how grateful I am for what he did. So I guess this review is to say when I was in such dreadful pain, I never expected to call 111, they recommend an emergency dentist, I show up and get my tooth out in around an hour. Very professional, very friendly and highly recommended. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me!

I had to visit the emergency dentist because of wisdom teeth causing an infection, I was seen so quickly and had the nicest dentist and nurse I have ever met! Checked me out quickly, explained everything and answered all my questions. Thank you!!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the two people that were there for my appointment. I was super anxious for my emergency appointment and you both made me feel so at ease and comfortable during the consultation. Keep up the amazing work!!

I had a great experience. Was in pain with a dry socket and was seen promptly. Dentist gave me a dressing for my wound and was relieved to had the pain subside. Thanks

I had sudden dental pain in the evening. I was really worried and most dentists were either closed or charged extortionate fees. This practice was so helpful and were able to see me at short notice for a temporary filling, it was very affordable, reassuring, friendly and efficient. God bless the NHS, we must all stop the Tories from selling it off.

After breaking a tooth which is currently on a waiting list for extraction by hospital due to the roots, emergency dentist and receptionist were so understanding and accommodating and got me seen very quick where they gave me options and were very honest with the options they gave including, full extraction (but could have complications), partial extraction or some meds to take home. I chose to have partial extraction of the broken part of tooth and they filled the area beautifully They made the anaesthetic injections really comfortable and were so patient and kind. They also advised any problems over the rest of the weekend to contact them back, I thank them very much the treatment I received

Emergency extraction out of hours, all the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Was grateful to find a lift as I have problems with stairs

I went with extreme pain, swelling and anxiety. My anxiety was dealt with in the kindest way, and was completely considered. My pain and swelling was dealt with efficiently and quickly. The dentist was very friendly, informative and very competent. I was so nervous and he calmed me, explaining every step if the way, constantly checking I was OK, dealt with the issue amazingly.
