The dentist was good at recognising my anxiety and made a fearful situation bearable by clearly talking me through it and being super sensitive to my needs. Have not been to a dentist in over 20 years, but it would have been a different story if they were all like this dentist.

thank you life savours was in agony for 3 days but of course the problem was alot longer , appreciate it and the dentist was amazing really appreciate it

I’ve never been to a more nice emergency dentist in my life, my normal dentist practice isn’t even that good with service, so I was very surprised when I came to the emergency dentist, lovely receptionist and when I rang in they answered very quickly, I got seen very quickly and the dentist knew exactly what was wrong with my tooth, from being in so much agony to now feeling no pain at all is crazy, the dentist there was lovely, he knew I was scared of needles and he kept me occupied whilst he was injecting my gum, so I didn’t panic and freak out, also every step he was doing in my mouth he would let me know what it is and what he was doing, I loved it, it was great, also when I told the emergency dentist that I was pregnant they was very on top of it and asked me plenty of questions whilst other dentist practices slack and don’t ask that many questions, I had a wonderful experience and general I can happily sit here and say I’ve never felt soo safe and happy in a dentist.

I rang at 9.15am and was given an appointment for a couple of hours later. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this practice. Very pleased with outcome.

Can't belive how quick and easy it was to get a appointment. Lots of other times in past I had to wait days at other practices . Very nice staff to . Can't wait to see when the refurbishment is done

I received 10/10 service from this excellent dental clinic. From speaking to the receptionist at my time in need and getting me booked in within the hour, to the dentist and dental nurse that carried out my appointment and procedure. All staff have great communication, are very empathetic & give an excellent urgent dental care service. Thank you.

We live in Eastbourne and could not get an emergency appointment anywhere near here, despite hanging on in a queue for 45 minutes only to be told that the session was already full. (And I was only no. 5 in the queue!) We then tried several other numbers in vain before trying your "Brighton & Hove" option. How relieved I was to hear a human being answer the phone (instead of an automated message); she was so friendly and helpful and said if we leave Eastbourne straight away we would just about make it in time. Thankfully we did, and arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome from the receptionists. When I finally got to see the dentist he also was very welcoming and friendly and explained very clearly what the problem was and what the remedy would be. I left with a prescription for some antibiotics which thankfully are working already. I just wish that I could have your dentist as my regular one – and I did tell him that too! All in all a very pleasant experience in my time of need. Thank you all so much.

From the very first point of contact with my initial phone call to the emergency NHS dentist to visiting the dental practice within an hour, the service was conducted with kindness and understanding, and with promptness. I was treated well, and consideration was given to my current situation, and I felt like I'd made the correct decision to ring after the accident involving my fractured tooth. I was put at ease, after feeling somewhat concerned about the severity of the damage I had done to my tooth. The dentist and staff were good at explaining about what they could offer, and what I would need to next. Overall a good experience, and I felt valued by the staff.
