Couldn't find a dentist with availability for an emergency appointment until I contacted them. I was given an appointment straight away, had xrays, tooth extracted and was out the door within 15 minutes. All staff were lovely and welcoming

My appointment was with the Hygienist, A couple of days before my appointment I received a call from the practice to confirm I was able to climb the stairs as my medical record showed I had had replacement knee surgery last year. I was seen on time and was welcomed, my personal details were checked and confirmed and the treatment went ahead with no problems. Advise was given and a timescale for my next appointment was discussed. Altogether a professional and personal experience.

I was very nervous about having a tooth out but I was quickly put at ease by the dentist and assistant who helped me feel relaxed and calm. I am so grateful and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Also reception staff were very helpful.

InspireDental in Southend, first impression very good; is a very clean and organised facility. All of the receptionists on the first floor are really lovely. The dentist I was scheduled to see was running late, but the office management immediately got another dentist to see me. The dentist was also very polite, although I had the impression that she was in a hurry for the next appointment. I had an x-ray and filling done (within 10 minutes) and was out, so I couldn't ask for anything else. I noticed she did her best to fit my slot with her appointments. Overall, the place is good and recommendable.

The dentist I saw yesterday and 6 months ago was excellent, I’m a nervous patient but he puts me at ease and is very thorough, absolutely no complaints.

Dentist was accommodating and professional . Young Asian guy with glasses. He was good talked me through my procedure and gave good advice. His assistant was professional and nice too. Over 💯 percent. Satisfactory service.

I’m a very nervous patient as had some bad experiences in the past but palm is friendly kind and makes me feel at ease she goes the extra mile I highly recommend her and her dental nurses I have to say this is the best dentist I’ve been to a friend recommended her I’m so glad they did. She is highly professional and really good at her job I won’t go anywhere else now 😊
