I don't like anything medical and have never been admitted to a hospital etc etc. My Filling replacement was quick and painless so full marks there and parking was very easy. My only real concern was that I don't think the previous NHS filling was even that old ? and having to pay £100 !!! as a pensioner for a private white filling that might actually last 5 minutes this time seemed very very wrong and unethical , the NHS needs to check the quality of the still expensive silver fillings it recommends .They should all last at least 5 years surely what ever the colour and chemical makeup. ? .In a nut shell I should not have to pay twice for every trip to a dentist . The surgery are welcome to contact me about the reason for the quality of the NHS fillings they are told to provide.. Thank you Martin

I have put off going to a dentist for over 20 years due to a bad experience at my last dentist. Having been accepted by this practice I finally went Back, and I can honestly say they were all very friendly, and made me feel at ease. Having built up such a phobia of dentists, I only wish that I had gone back sooner.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. I booked an appointment without checking it was downstairs but was able to change it easily.

After finding my normal dentist very rude on my visit & then very unhelpful following my appointment at together dental southchurch road Southend i went to inspire (which a couple of my friends had recently been to & highly recommended telling me about how good the dental practice was) I saw the same dentist at inspire as my friends did & i couldn’t of asked for a nicer dentist :)

I recently started dental hygienist care at the age of 68 to give my teeth a chance of lasting that bit longer. It’s not cheap but the hygienist was very good in terms of care, treatment and advice. My teeth felt so much better and I’ll try and keep to the advice she gave.

Have frequently visited this dentists as I attempt to save my teeth. Always very kind and sympathetic. My only complaint is that I was required to a private dentist since the NHS only does the most basic work. Cost me £350 approx for two 5 minute appointments, only to be told my tooth couldn’t be saved! As a pensioner, this seemed exploitative and mercenary. Grateful to have a lovely NHS dentist however!

We feel very lucky (me, my fiance and baby daughter) to have got an NHS spot at this dentist. Very kind receptionist who gave us advice regarding bringing baby to the dentist, having the appointment in ground floor, and giving us a dentist who works evenings due to our schedule. Very clean practice and professional with good dental advice given. Thank you

I had to have a new bottom denture made and from the initial consultation to the final fitting everything was perfect, the staff and the dental technician and assistant were all very polite and made me feel very comfortable, a credit to the profession.

The day of my appointment was a very hot day 29c. The waiting area although air conditioned was still quite warm. My dentist thought my sweating was a reaction to the injection he had just given me, I assured him it wasn't. I have had crowns fitted in the past, but the new way was better. No moulds taken of my teeth, a computer scan and a milling machine made my Crown whilst I waited. Which resulted in one visit less to the surgery! The Dental nurse was very considerate, and the Dentist very professional. I received a good efficient service.
