Been going to the same dentist for a while and like that they actively use previous dental records to assess and review future care and treatment. Gave 4 rather than 5 stars as Main reception area is very uninviting with its dark colour scheme and large wooden reception desk, too large for the room.

The male dentist was lovely, friendly and kind… put me at ease as I got upset at one point. Tooth extracted-didn’t feel a thing. Excellent care.

Very disappointed that I had to wait so long for a follow up appointment after my last emergency treatment only to be told what I already knew in regards to the treatment required. I now have to wait another 6mths for the actual treatment to be carried out. I have been a patient at this practice for over 20yrs it’s very distressing at how poor the service has become.

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry you are unhappy with our services. We are currently recruiting for a new dentist to help with the volume of NHS patients we see. When we have found a suitable candidate then we are hoping the waiting times will be reduced. Again, we apologise for your wait for treatment.

Although the dentist was clear with the treatment plan, I paid £25.80 for a quick 5 min chat; I should have been offered a clean and scale at least.

Both the dentist and assistant where very nice and polite and I was not waiting long to be seen. They explained everything to me after the treatment had finished. They also told me to wash my mouth out with salt water to help stop infection.

Able to complete all pre-appointment forms on line. Efficient reception staff. Always receive good treatment which is clearly explained by the excellent dentist beforehand. Appreciate the hygiene dental treatment advice too.
