Didn't expect to get my treatment on the same day but the dentist did her utmost to fit me in . She was courteous and professional and fully explained the treatment i was about to receive which made my appointment a lot less stressful than it could have been.

5 x for dentist , but waited 40mins for appointment 2 people in for fillings dropping out emergency appointments? surly these should be secondary to appointment that was scheduled 6 months prior? all in all though would recommend

I asked for an urgent appointment and was booked in within days. The staff have been very accommodating, patient and friendly. They have supported me despite being short staffed.

All the staff are lovely & friendly and the dentist him self was fantastic so lovely put me at ease as I hate the dentist

I had really bad anxiety i felt ashamed embarrased and uncomfortable i was distressed just being out the house with no front teeth just rotten black stubs. I understood fully wat needed to be done but i was trying to explain i dont no how much longer my mental health can take looking and feeling this way and asked if i could have some crowns just for me to stick using fixodent just to be able to go to the shop and see my family again u wouldnt even let me try. I also explained the tooth next to it had broke no examination just told u had seen it before to which i now av a sharp stub that is cutting my lip 2 dentist and a lady in the room i really struggled to look at you or make eye contact because of my anxiety and distress and u said i wasnt of sound mind and awked if i had been drinking alchol i left feeling even worse and distraught

My dentist listened to what result I wanted and include me in every step of the treatment..which resulted in a perfect look he also took the time to explain after care

The receptionist staff were friendly and clearly organised. I didn’t have to wait long and my dentist was friendly and chatty which put me at ease.
