Both young ladies were very pleasant and friendly.they explained fully what was happening, very professional. I wasnt kept waiting i was seen on time.

I walked in for a emergency appointment and I felt cared for straight away. I was seen very quickly. I was made to feel at ease and felt comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you so much.

The dentist was lovely and very thorough, but I was the first appointment and he was 15 minutes late. No apology either. This isn’t the first time my early appointment has not been on time, so in future I will book a later appointment. It’s a bit frustrating when you need to get to work on time.
