Arrived on time for my 9.00am appointment. Not seen until 9.20. No apology for lateness. However the reception staff were extremely pleasant and efficient.

My dentist was amazing at putting me at ease (nervous patient). Very knowledgeable. The Staff were all very helpful & friendly. Reception Staff were lovely.

My bridge fell out yesterday and what good they got me the same day. What is bad it fell off after 1 day and had to return it get it put in again. I am not happy being charged again today after being charged yesterday.

Welcomed at reception and from the dentist. Was quick which is a bonus for me as nervous. Took X-ray of teeth as well as checked gums etc was very thorough.

Staff are lovely, very easy to deal with. Quality of treatment excellent. Both my dentist and hygienist have made a huge difference to my teeth and gums since covid, with good advice and feedback, which when followed has stopped me from losing teeth.

The receptionists were polite, happy and helpful. The building was clean and in good decor. I was seen to fairly quickly. The dentist was polite, didn't rush, answered any questions of mine too. I paid for my treatment easily and also made my next appointment.
