Polite receptionists and curteous. Make you feel comfortable on arrival and hygienist was efficient and informative regarding taking care of teeth and gums ie. Brushing methods

Appointment on time no problems ,Dentist very good , made you feel comfortable all the way through ,booked straight away for next appointment. Very good run practice .

The hygienist was very professional ,explaining everything she was doing,and constantly checking l was ok and comfortable. I would certainly be happy to visit her again

Appointment booked for first thing in the morning and had to wait 25 mins to be seen as there was confusion with the dental nurses schedule. No respect for patients time when the appointment had to be booked within my working hours due to no availability after 5pm.

The dentist was nice, efficient and reassuring. She dealt with my problem and solved the issue. All relieved as I have had 2 appointments cancelled recently and as a family the appointment has been put back to September.
