Excellent service appointment was on time only needed a clean Was only charged £7 as I had a £25 credit I didn’t know about

The dentist is exceptional. She is professional, caring, friendly and very conscientious. She always puts the patient first by explaining procedures and respecting it is their body.

Receptionist was extremely helpful when booking appointment. Staff friendly and welcoming. Dentist explained procedure clearly. Treatment efficiently carried out. In all repects professional.

Talked me through everything and explained what I need to do .. not like the other dentist from just before lockdown, that never told me I had gum disease.

Dentist was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and the issues with my teeth and gums very clearly so I understood. I was late for my appointment as I got the time wrong and was still seen and not made to feel awkward.

After a check up appointment I was booked in for a clean. Turned up 10 minutes early and sat for another 20 minutes. 30 minute wait and still not seen. I informed the person on reception that I was leaving because of the wait. I was to be charged £70 for a clean, so would have expected an on time appointment. The cheek is I would have been charged if I would have been late or failed to turn up. Poor service.

Staff are very professional & really friendly. Always treated very well. But sadly the surgery was behind, but this happens & they were very apologetic about it.

I arrived 5 mins before my appointment filled out the appropriate paperwork and was invited in for my checkup and a quick clean very good service highly recommended
