Despite the surgery being busy I did not feel rushed. Dentist kept me informed of procedure and adjusted my denture to a more comfortable fit.

Very comfortable during appointment and great value for money. Unfortunately cut my tongue following day and wondering whether due to shape of fillings.

Short waiting time in pleasant comfortable surroundings. Greeted by name and some conversation before treatment began which helped me to relax. Everything explained clearly, with opportunities to ask questions.

Very little empathy. Dentist didn’t look at me when talking to me. Seemed annoyed that I was terrified of the treatment I was having. However he completed the treatment quickly, thankfully.

Care, patience & understanding of our Dr. Her ‘chair-side ‘ manner is brilliant. My son has anxiety about the whole dentist experience. Despite our appointment taking longer than would usually be scheduled. Our Dr. Was great and put my son at ease . Nothing was too much trouble and it really helped him come to terms (if only temporary) with looking after our health etc. Badges, rosettes and medals all round .

Really pleased with the treatment and care today. The dentist was really thorough and professional with me. He very kindly offered to see both of my children at the same appointment to save making another. Wonderful care as always, really friendly reception and team too. Thank you!
