Surprised I’ve received a second message from the dental practitioner. I was charged over twice the price I was quoted but it was my fault, seemingly. Sadly I can’t complain as I would probably be removed from the NHS list. Can’t fault the work I’ve had done but left with a nasty taste in my mouth. I will get the price in writing next time and will go elsewhere for my implants

As always, the friendly and welcoming attitude of all staff. For me particularly it helps with my nerves . I would never miss an appointment but certainly all staff make my visits easy.

The dentist i saw was wonderful and very sympathetic . Gave me r my options once she assessed my problem and advised me on the best way forward in her opinion . I needed emergency treatment and she provided that. Her assistant was also very friendly and professional. I greatly appreciate the surgery being able to see me so quickly after my phone call to them in the morning to a 12.30 appointment the same day.

The reception staff were cold and unfriendly with my 100 yr old mother in law who has dementia. We were not made to feel welcome and I personally felt uncomfortable throughout the visit. My mother in law is difficult, but she needs care and reassurance, and a cold manner from front office staff seems unkind and more essentially, unprofessional. The female dentist was professional, understanding and kind.

Very friendly service. Before during check ups I used to get included in the price a clean of my teeth when I was with the male dentist as part of the price also. Is this no longer offered?

One of the best Dentists in the area. Welcoming staff, and very professional. This is a very calm and efficient surgery which I have been going to for alot of years wouldn't go anywhere else. My Dentist is great, I know exactly what he is going to do as he talks me through it and has a really nice calmness that would put any patient at ease.
