Always good service, friendly staff and dealt with in good time , very little waiting time Good dental appointment with good feedback and advice as always I have been a patient for many years and always satisfied

The staff and the dentist are very personable and approachable. The surgery is modern with parking either outside the practice or nearby. You know you are in professional hands as soon as you walk through the door.

The staff were very understanding when I turned up an hour late for my appointment and were able to fit me again in at short notice.

The team are amazingand make you feel very welcome, the waiting times are excellent and the dentist are very comforting and provide specialist feedback with hints and tips for oral health, ensuring your comfort is a attended to. This is my 3rd appointment and look forward to the next in 12 months time.

I had an appointment for an inspection but a week before I lost a filling. I was able to extend the duration of my appointment to enable the dentist to fix the problem there and then instead of having to make another appointment

Staff at reception are helpful and answer any questions you may have about your visit. Direction to your waiting room are clear and precise.

I think the Dental Surgery is getting a lot of things right, especially pleased with the introduction of online completion of forms in advance and text reminders / confirmation of appointments. The dentist and his colleague were super also. Well done and thank you.

I was saddened by the amount of advertising for products other than & including dental work displayed in the waiting room. How can our young people be satisfied with what they are born with when these products are normalised? Over the past few years there has also been a notable change in the appearance of the staff who now would look more at home in a department store than a medical setting.
