The whole team are very friendly and professional. The dentist explained every stage and made sure I was happy with the procedure (an extraction). Very pleased.

I rang for an appointment as I had broken part of a tooth. I was seen the next day which was fantastic and much much sooner than I thought may be the case. The dentist I saw was excellent and fixed the problem straight away. No fuss. Excellent.

Staff are always helpful at the main desk. Very polite and respectful. I have seen the hygienist today and the hints and tips on gum care is very good. They are respectful even when telling you best ways to clean.

My dentist is always professional but also considerate and friendly. I’m kept well Informed as to process and treatment. I value her attention to detail, her alertness to any changes between appointments and her preparedness to refer onwards when necessary. A visit to the dentist is much more than a teeth checking exercise.

I can’t fault this practice, even though they were fully booked they gave advice and managed to squeeze me in between patients.

I arrived a few minutes late which i understand has an effect on the service, and would have been apologetic for this. On my arrival i then had to stand in a queue at reception to check in. When i reached the front i was met with "you're 10 minutes late, I'll have to see if they will still see you". Had this 10 minutes been completely my time delay i would have understood but was suprised when i had been standing waiting in a queue. I was then further surprised that i was asked to then wait in the waiting room, suggesting the dentist wasn't actually ready for me (there wasn't another patient in). A bit of understanding that a busy mum with a young baby was a few minutes late, would have been nice, particularly when the practice itself was busy and actually added to this delay more.
