Im really not a fan of the dentist but my dentist and dental nurse put me at ease the whole time i was there. The receptionists were very polite.

Treatment was good. I was listened to and treatment was discussed and another appointment made for DEC. Downside being as I am an 80yr old pensioner and not able to afford the private plan I cant help feeling a second class citizen, subservient even. We have to wait longer for appointments and I feel an imbuggerance. Another lady patient in reception said the same. I just feel I have worked from 15-73 and now I am at the bottom of the pile behind those who can pay. Sorry but it needs saying.

Very good they explained everything bits i didnt understand i asked again an im very thankful for the the 2 ladys in the room they explained everything so well. Im very thankful for the lady at the reception desk for helping me understand the form i filled in that morning.

The staff were very helpful and polite and the dentist I saw was excellent, he was both reassuring and polite and I felt went that extra mile to put me at ease … first class!!

Very polite, efficient service at reception and as usual our NHS dentist was excellent. No waiting time, seen almost immediately. Our NHS dentist is thorough and explains everything clearly. I wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.
