Great team, seen on time, helpful in answering any questions. Surgery is clean & welcoming, easy parking over the road. Great to get reminder messages too.

Excellent care. I rang 111 for advise. They put to see a out hour dentist. With in a few minutes they phoned and offered me appointment. Reception was lovely. And the dentist and dtaff all caring and made me at ease.

The dentist was patient and calm with me as I’m very anxious. He managed my treatment quickly and explained everything he was doing which helped put me at ease.

With little notice on an emergency visit, as had bike accident and lost teeth few days ago ,got in and been given plan how to solve big problem to me.so luckily will have another visit tomorrow to start and leave with a happy smile now...

Good treatment. Sorted my problem. Reasonable cost However, wait for an appointment was overly long (6weeks), particularly given I’m a private patient.

The reason for the good rating is due to the very long wait to see the dentist - I feel that a member of staff could have advised me that the appointment would not take place on time.
