The lady on reception was very nice and the dentist was also lovely i get very anxious at a dentist but they made me feel at ease

Manager had a conversation with me. Checked I was ok. Very polite and friendly. Dentist very polite, friendly and reassuring. Very detailed analysis of future work. Very pleasant and productive visit.

I had a broken tooth while my regular dentist was on holiday. I was seen by another member of staff within a week of my first phoning. As I wasn't in pain I said I could wait a while. The repair work (done earlier today) was very professionally handled. All the staff were pleasant. Thank you. It should be noted that I am a private patient, not an NHS patient any longer.

The calling each morning is not needed if you are in pain Monday you are still in pain Tuesday so one call would be enough

I suffered a broken tooth and an emergency appointment was arranged with another dentist as my regular dentist was on holiday. I had an appointment booked within a week of first phoning (I wasn't in pain so was happy to wait a little while). The dentist (relatively new to the practice I think) was very pleasant and explained the nature of the damage and the proposed remedial work. It was accomplished quite quickly and I certainly felt that the dentist and nurse were professional and careful. In as much as one can say a visit to the dentist is a good experience this certainly was ! Thank you.

Had to wait over 40 mins for appoitment despite arriving on time. In and out within minutes. Felt like a rushed job. Felt like i was a number rathet than a person. Very small feedback about my teeth at the end but this wasnt thorough or explored. Left with lots of questions.
