The dentists patience, kindness and reassurance. He explained everything as he did it. Also his assistant was very friendly putting me at ease.

I’ve been a patient at this dentist since I was five years old so coming up to 33 years and have never had an issue, dentists and receptionist staff all lovely and professional. However, since the changes to the practice in 2022 I have struggled to get an appointment and have been trying for 12 months. They now prioritise their private patients which means those on NHS have to call up at least four months in advance in a hope of getting an appointment. But if you pay to go private? Not a problem at all. Shameful.
