I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, as the dentist was hard to find, I came with my toddler aswell. The dentist only saw me for 5 mins and was inconsiderable. She was rude and and impolite. They still took my payment which I gave. But the experience was the worse. I will never recommend any of my family or friends in this dental Practise!!

excellent customer service was a very knowledgeable receptionist and helpful the treatment I had was exceptionally service i 'very been using them for few years now never had a problem after all my treatment will keep using them to all the staff receptionist and dental nurse keep up the good work as good dentist are hard to find

I attended on 27 November for two checkups - a general one, and one prior to implant surgery. Both dentists were friendly and highly professional, and I wasn’t kept waiting very long. Meanwhile don’t be put off by the modest entrance up some stairs next to a mobile phone accessories shop. The premises are clean and functional, and the staff are friendly and highly professional. They’re good at problem solving, and don’t put pressure on you for more elaborate treatments that you might not want (or be willing to pay for). It is also reasonably easy to get through on the phone - a big contrast with most of the other health related service we use regularly!

My visit to the hygienist, was great. She is very friendly and helpful and keeps you updated with the treatment she is giving. The reception staff are also very pleasant and happy to help.

Very good dentist. I call emergency apoitment I get in 2 hours dentist explanin to me is gum infection she prescribed for me antybaiotic .

I went for an emergency appointment after experiencing pain. This had gone away by the time of my appointment but still had a broken tooth. Rather than waiting for a referral to Guys, which had a long waiting list, the lovely female dentist removed what was left of the embedded root canal painlessly and quickly. Explained how to care for the area afterwards. Thank you.
