Always helpful polite and friendly. Dentist clearly explains everything and leaves you to make own choices and decisions about treatment. I have an absolute fear of the dentist but there's no need now. They are so patient and understanding. Brilliant practice. This time I had a cavity that needs filling but the dentist smoothed the area so it wouldn't annoy me and we arranged another appointment for me to have it done. The whole thing was clearly explained.

Brilliant service. During Covid they provided support and services when I had bad toothache. I now go regularly for my check ups and to the hygienist. Efficient and client friendly services.

the Hygienist absolutely amazing. She is human, genuine, caring and gently. Every step is explained clearly. The Hygienist always check if I am comfortable and give small brakes during treatment. Then at the end she advises how to improve and maintain my oral my hygiene. Thank you for being a lovely person and an amazing professional with a real human touch.

From front desk to surgery, staff are efficient, thoughtful and proficient at their tasks. From booking through to execution people are friendly and competent at their tasks. My latest checkup required minimal intervention and that was done well.

My check up was really good, very honest and this time, I did not feel like they were trying to sell me other treatment, whitening etc., as I have with some of the staff when I have previous check up. As a person over 60 there are no concessions available and whilst I understand they have 2 businesses it is annoying to have sales all the time. This dentist very informative, made me feel relaxed and I enjoyed the visit.

2 separate events: Replacement crown- the dentist gave knowledgeable advice about several options. Skill and attention to detail in casting the impression, preparing the tooth, fitting the crown and after care were impeccable and I have not had any problem with that tooth since. On a different tooth: it fractured above the crown which was fitted about 3 years ago. The dentist explained the options available and had to extract the tooth above the gum line. The dentist did the whole process in about 10 minutes - including anaesthetic, causing no pain. The remaining tooth came out in one piece, even though it was a difficult tooth to extract. All this with reassurance and kindness. I was given very clear aftercare instructions.
