The staff where all very friendly i have crippling anxiety and adhd so the dentist is never an enjoyable experience ,that being said the staff at hook noton and especially the dentist delt with me very well gave me all the time i needed and took her time (i had a tooth extraction) Next day im in very little pain these guys are amazing at therebwork i highly suggest you try them out

Attended for an extraction of a molar (a very old crown had eventually broken). This was a very painful and protracted experience requiring 4 rounds of anaesthetic injections. The dentist was increasingly exasperated as allotted appointment end time approached. Tooth root broke and required digging out. Afterwards, my hands were shaking so much that I couldn’t sign the treatment form. The receptionist just said not to worry but did not suggest any other aftercare or precautions. I had to sit in my car for a considerable time before I could drive. I don’t know if this is an unusual experience but I found it very painful and it left me in a state of shock.

Amazing, was able to be seen the next day as it was an emergency. Was put at easy as I was a bit nervous and the what would happen next if I needed any further treatment.

A very disappointing visit with my son who is in a wheelchair following a stroke. When I said I could help my son transfer to the chair the dentist replied “only if you can do this very quickly”. The dentist was running behind and the appointment was rushed, and his manor abrupt. The space was hard to manoeuvre a wheelchair in but I felt under pressure to try to lift the wheelchair chair with my son in to save time and to get out quickly. The dental nurse was lovely. Unfortunately not very disability friendly.

I’m a long standing patient but have had two recent excellent experiences: check up, thorough and easy to understand the comments and a visit to the hygienist who was thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff on reception and dental team. And offering great advice as someone who has suffered with mental health which has affected my oral hygiene. Did not feel judged, it really felt like they wanted to help.
