The dentist come out to the waiting room to check my autistic sons teeth as he wouldnt go in the room.

Although unexpected the practice fixed a date for the work within four days. The work was completed in half an hour and it fits perfectly.

I’ve now been to the practice on 3 occasions. Each time my appointment has been on time and thorough. The practice is a smaller practice then where I was previously and feels more personal rather than a conveyor belt of patients you get in busier places.

Since moving to Hook Norton we have had the pleasure of using Lion House. Everyone we have seen are professional, friendly and happy. They even support the NHS services which is a major plus point.

Having visited the practice for a check up late in 2022 this hygienist appointment was part of the recommendation from that check up. The Hygienist is very skilled at her job. Sadly I had not been in the chair more than 5 minutes before I was being asked if I would like to spend more money on a new way of cleaning teeth. This together with a minimum of £700 and most probably more, from my check up appointment just feels like every time I attend an appointment within minutes the topic is money money money.

Was given an appointment on same day. Saw the new nhs dentist. Very nice gentleman who was very thorough and helpful. Cannot thank staff enough for the prompt and excellent service, which i may say all of our family have received for many years.

Very pleasant on booking in. Well presented accommodation, clean and bright. Personal attention was excellent, calming. Dental examination was thorough and good advice on oral hygiene. Personal decision on treatment.

I have been really pleased with every aspect of this dental surgery, from easy booking and excellent staff who are easy to deal with. I have had dental work and used the hygienist service and I’m really happy with the service that’s been provided. The reception staff are also polite, helpful and most of all efficient. An excellent team at Lion House. I am so pleased to have found you.

Due to personal circumstances I had terrible teeth. I haven't been able to smile in over a decade. Lion House put me at ease immediately and after a few sessions, I have my front teeth back, and my confidence. I've never felt more happy or confident, my co workers say I'm glowing and I feel like a person again! From the bottom of my heart, thank you. You've changed my life and I will never forget that. I hope you can check my profile and identify my dentist as they deserve all of the recognition in the world for this. The Hygenist saw me promptly and was very knowledgable. He gave me a good de-scale and polish, explaining clearly what he was doing and using a mirror to show what he was telling me. He also advised me on issues about toothbrush management
