  1. Review titled New crown

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by John-lance D - Posted on 02 September 2022

The treatment I received was excellent; the dentist (e) explained everything clearly, carried out the work with a minimum of fuss and limited pain. Wherever she goes she will be appreciated for her dexterity and personality. With her assistant they are a great team. 100%

I was seen promptly with patience, friendliness and efficiency. My hearing difficulties were dealt with sympathetically and the problem explained carefully. The outcome was delivered appropriately. Thank you.

  3. Review titled Dreaded extraction!l

Extremely professional, took time to explain before final decision was made, then advised every step of the way as to whar was happening.

  4. Review titled Less "Customer Care", more "Sell, sell, sell!"

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 17 September 2022

Whilst the care is 'okay', the practice seems to be more about how to maximise income rather than customer service. Don't expect pretty pictures of landscapes, and the ocean on the walls. You will however, at every turn, find advertising for a multitude of different polishing, whitening, straightening, crowning, veneering. It used to be a customer focused village practice, but now I'm afraid like so many things, it's more about the mighty dollar.

Rated 4 stars out of 5

The dentist and dental assistant were great. Made sure I was ok and the treatment was quick and better without the aesthetic. The receptionist not so great.

  6. Review titled More compassion

Rated 2 stars out of 5

    by Christine B - Posted on 20 August 2022

The appointment was very short. I felt brushed aside being an nhs patient despite previously going private. Very little choice on treatments available despite being a private patient for many years. Dismissive attitude- factual but no compassion.

  7. Review titled Check up

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by Jenn J - Posted on 12 August 2022

As someone who has had a fear of the dentist for years, it’s nice to finally be able to go and be comfortable with a dentist, and having work done, they are non judgemental, they are patient, kind and caring, and we happily go now.
