I have been attending this dentist as an NHS patient for about 20 years and have always had very good treatment. I find them all caring and flexible.

On my visit a small repair was carried out to a chipped front tooth. The dentist carefully explained the procedure and throughout the procedure communicated each step, and ensured I was comfortable. Procedure was carried professionally and successfully.

After a couple of changed dates for my check up, due to health problems for my dentist, it was third time lucky. I was seen on time, given plenty of time by the dentist to ask questions, and had his concerns about one of my teeth explained clearly.

I had an overlay which was excellent. When an issue arose i was given an appointment the next working day and it was rectified immediately.

6 month check up plus x-ray sorted out my problems. Given a prescription for the special toothpaste I find helpful.

All five visits to complete a course of treatment over the last 6 months have been well organised by reception (including readily altering a date to suit changed circumstances). The dentist explained both problems and suggested actions very clearly. The treatment procedures were performed with great care as the dentist and nurse combined effectively as a team. During the procedures the dentist's comments allowed me to understand how the treatment was progressing.

I needed repair to or replacement of a broken filling - apart from starting a couple of minutes late, the work was done in a timely manner with a cheerful conversation while the anaesthesia "bit

I have difficulties, but the staff make me feel so comfortable and welcome it is a pleasure to attend the practise. (This is my dad typing for me). Lovely staff.
