Always friendly and helpful receptionists who keep you posted if dentist needs to cancel and/or rearrange. We have a lovely dentist who knows us and our teeth well.

I needed urgent attention for a lost filling in a back molar. The receptionist allocated an appointment very promptly for the next day. Following the appointment I needed advice about following up further treatment which had been arranged during a previous dental appointment in October. Again the same receptionist agreed to follow up and by the next day, I received the information I needed.

I lost a filling on the 21 December 2022. I called in the morning of the 22 December. Amazingly, although my regular dentist was not available, another one could see me that day. The filling was replaced and it meant I did not have a Christmas with pain and problems. Thank you for your prompt and helpful service.

I saw a hygienist for a regular check, very efficient with follow up dental care tips to continue. Waiting for news whether regular dentist can continue with Denplan in 2023.

Had to phone for an emergency appointment. Staff very helpful was given appointment same day. The dentist I saw was not my normal one,but was very helpful and friendly especially I do not like visiting the dentist due to bad experience at a previous dental practice.

My last visit was to one of the hygienist and she was super! She introduced me to a mild numbing agent to spare me sensitivity during cleaning and gave me some great take-home advice.
