Quick and easy. Made sure and confirmed that all is good with my teeth. Discussed ways forward to maintain my teeth and gave good advice.

Have always been treated with courtesy and respect by all in the practice and both receptionists and all dental staff very helpful and accommodating with smiles on their faces.

I had to have quite a lengthy and painful procedure, and my dentist was very professional and explained what had to be done. However I found it very hard to hear and understand what I was being told for the 'aftercare' procedure, as the 'nurse' was banging and crashing boxes, tools and instruments, and I couldn't really take in what I was being told. Maybe the tidying and clearing up should be done once the patient has left the surgery.

Always very polite and call you back. Dentists are very empathetic and do a good job. Very satisfied with the service and have been here a long time.

The people are all professional. I was told to ring at 8 am for an emergency appointment. After 7 tries, i got through - there was an answerphone message to say leave a message, so i did. The dental practice phoned me back within half an hour, but by then all the emergency slots were taken so i was unable to be seen. Surely the answerphone message should say' if you need an appointment urgently this morning please keep trying, otherwise, please leave a message and we will get back to you.....' Once i was finally seen the dentist and receptionists were great.

Apart from having had to wait twenty minutes after the due time for my appointment to start, the service and treatment were excellent.
