Experiencing a problem with tooth/gum. Dentist arranged for me to see a Max Fax Specialist. Appointment has come through very quickly so thank you very much to my Dentist for arranging this so quickly for me.

Recently attended to have fillings I've known I needed since a check-up in April, having had to cancel the last appointment due to family circumstances. The reception team was very friendly and I confirmed with them what I was there for, however, when I arrived in the treatment room, I was quickly seated/reclined and asked which tooth was broken. I clarified that I had no broken teeth and was there for two NHS fillings as stated on my dental record. The dentist seemed confused but had a look in my mouth and said he could see where I needed one. He proceeded with the treatment initially using private composite before I restated I would please like NHS treatment. The rest of the experience was not pleasant (the dentist never is!) but cannot be faulted. However, a few days later the filling feels rough and my bite is uneven. In general, I like this practice, and previous dentists I've seen there (who have since moved on) have been good but I wouldn't go again due to this experience and risking the same disappointing treatment.

Went to the hygienist, she was extremely good very understanding and explained everything she was doing also very patient

I have always had a good experience at Manor Park dental practise both in routine appointments and the odd emergency appointment. I cannot fault their professionalism from reception to treatment. Reception staff are very helpful and pleasant and the dentists are also extremely polite and very cheerful.

I have been with this practice fo 10 years + and found everyone is competent and friendly.The building is clean and bright and the parking easy.

This is a very busy practice but we are never kept waiting long for our appointment. Staff are really friendly and very efficient. We have been coming here for approximately 30 years for 6 monthly check-ups. When you find the best, you stick with them.

Over the years with this practice, have always found them caring, helpful, and given good advice. The treatment received has been excellent.
