Went for a filing in my front tooth And the dentist did it in 4mn and the result is horrible I don’t know how he became a dentist my 10 year old son can do a better job

If you are going for a routine checkup they will spend about 30 seconds examining your teeth and then about 10 minutes trying to sell you Invisaline. I know somebody else who went to this same practise but had a different dentist and had the exact same experience.

Very delayed, had to wait half an hour for a 5 minute appointment. Dentist lovely but wasn’t a long or comprehensive appointment. I felt very rushed.

Nothing wrong with the service on the day (hygienist appointment). Very happy with the clean, the professionalism and the aftercare advice and discussion. It’s just very difficult to get time in with a hygienist recently at the practise. I was cancelled on three times before this session, which is quite frustrating.

Unfortunately told my root canal treatment would be too complicated for the dentist and available NHS equipment due to location of nerve, sinuses, and x-rays. Told I’d have to pay privately to see a specialist. Quoted £2000-£4000 for treatment options. I cannot afford private and therefore am unable to treat my tooth. Dentist was kind, but unfortunately there were no affordable solutions.

Had the first appointment of the morning yet had to wait for at least 15 min. There is clear pattern of delays, even with the first appointment. I don’t understand why and that's not good customer service - suggest you really look into this and be more punctal. No issue with the actual dentist service for this check-up, though.

The receptionist was excellent. The dentist explained everything to me in full detail without pushing treatments that I did not want.

Dentist did well with examining my teeth and gave a prescription for my teeth - duraphat. The thing is I didn’t really understood when my next appointment would be and thought I’d get fillings but only my newer tooth received filling not the older adult ones which had holes in them. I’m grateful for the dentist but I’m really unsure on my next appointment - no plan was discussed with me (i just heard 6months time) but what will happen in 6 months just a check up or something else.
