The staff are efficient and kind, including the nursing and front desk. I have had much experience of specialist dental care throughout my life, due to additional health issues, but find the dentist at Marylebone house to be exemplary…

Whenever I come to the dentists here, they are always pleasant and helpful. The only issue is the waiting times, as I got there 20 minutes before my appointment like I always do, but the appointment time was moved back over an hour. This is frustrating as work get funny with me over dentists appointments. So when the appointment is late it puts me in a precarious situation. However I do understand that issues happen at the dentists and people or the dentists gets situations where appointments have to be pushed back. This has always happened with my appointments, I just hope that going forwards something can be put into place which stops this. Maybe like extending appointment times to avoid this? Or shorten waiting times?

Overall I've sorted what I came for which is what matters. Waited an awfully long time and even then they called in the wrong name before me which is weird. I don't suppose anywhere is any better or worse.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The receptionists are super helpful! Dentists and hygienists extremely competent and with very good patient manner. Only didn’t give 5 stars as the place seems short staffed (especially for hygienists) which means appointments cancelled late notice and hard to rearrange, and sometimes long delays on arrival.

Wasted 40 minutes (excluding 2hours travel) of my time waiting to see the hygienist and had to leave the surgery without being seen. The reception staff were lacking basic courtesy to keep patients informed as to why there was a delay. On requesting a refund I was told it could take up to ten days but if I didn’t receive it feel free to chase them up! You couldn’t make it up

The dentist are very gentle, welcoming, and very friendly. Very excellent work for their patients. I'll will recommend the dentist and the dental clinic to my friends and everyone, they done and excellent job. So as the receptionist are very kind and friendly and very helpful.

The Dentist is very thorough in her examination. Very thoughtful and relays the treatment and underlying problems and subsequent further treatments in a easy to understand way. I feel at ease and always confident with the treatment.

The dentist was very thorough and explained everything and took the time to address every single question I had, explains the options. Going to the dentist can be stressful but it wasn’t the case here at all.

The temporary filling that was put in fell out with 3 hours … I was told it wld last a week at least till the dentist who put in the original filling only three months ago wld see me to put in another filling which is supposed to be Thursday.. was charged for emergency apt when it was necessary to see a dentist only because the original filling had come out

Dear Ahmed J, We are really sorry to hear of your filling coming out. As the dentist who treated you on the emergency appointment, I mentioned you saw another dentist who placed a private white filling in that tooth. Your options were to have an NHS amalgam filling or to see the dentist that previously did the work and have the Private white composite filling done again. As the dentist is on AL and isnt back till the following week we placed a temporary filling in your best interest to cover the area and to ensure reduced sensitivity around the area. I warned that the filling is a space maintainer and the risk that it could come out not giving a guarantee on how long the filling could last. I do hope that addresses your concern and that if you contact the practice they will book you back in for the private white filling to be placed again. Kind Regards.
