Arrived on off chance of being seen after receiving a prompt for a check up had sm duavomfirt on gums an was very kindly fitted in on same day a little later

The dentist was thorough and friendly, taking the time to explain everything throughout. The receptionist was also super helpful and friendly!

I havent had my teeth cleaned in over a decade and I felt like the dental hygienist didn’t do a thorough job and didn’t attend to all my teeth. I paid £85 for about a 15 minute appointment which I feel is incredibly over priced. Having not attended a dental hygienist appointment in this country or for such a long time I don’t have much to compare it to but I left feeling quite short changed and not wanting to rush back for another decade!

Dentist was 30 mins late again - this happens every time or worse they cancel last minute. Dentist was very pushy to get hundreds of pounds of work done. You never see the same dentist twice. I’ve had enough and will look for another practice.

On arrival at the practice I was asked to complete 3 pages of forms relating to detailed information about myself. Virtually all the information the practice already has on file. Can I suggest that in future the patient is emailed these forms in advance or when appointment reminders are sent out. This would mean that these forms could be completed at home where all the correct information is available. This would also keep the reception clear from people having to stay behind and complete these forms? This comment is only a suggestion to help the Marylebone Dental Practice to offer an even more effective service than it already does.

My dentist was very professional and had a very pleasant disposition. Plus the work she did was great. I would strongly recommend the practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

I'm new to the UK and still learning how to navigate the NHS. The staff at Marylebone House Dental Practice has been incredibly patient with me and have gone out of their way to explain how the different bands of dental charges work and how the process of specialist referral is handled.
