Treated me as an individual at reception. Hygienist team were effective and concerned about me. The dental team engaged me in conversation and were supportive of my dental care regime.

The attitude and helpfulness of the reception staff. Friendly nurses and dentist. Didn’t feel rushed. Plenty of time to discuss options

The ladies who supported me with the hygiene visit, were amazing! So supportive as I was so anxious and nervous about my teeth being so sensitive and the treatment hurting, they were lovely and explained everything, so easy to talk to, thanks so much

Dentist was fantastic, sadly the booking was wrong as it should have been with the hygienist, dentist decided to not charge & gave a quick clean.

The practice is a lovely friendly place. It has lovely reception staff and the placevis spotlessly clean. I can't get up stairs so need to be seen downstairs. They are very helpful . My dentist and her assistant are great.

The positivity and energy of the dentist! No nonsense practical check up with no upselling. Would have given v good rating but 20 minutes late to be seen.
