The understanding nature of my grievances with current situation and the help delivered with good knowledge. Although not happy with previous treatment(with a different dentist at the same practice) this occasion was very good! Thank you.

The Hygenist took great care cleaning my teeth, explained the use of a specialist brush for cleaning around my implant making the whole experience almost a enjoyable! Thank you.

Great advice and demonstration given. Not much in the way of positive comments about my teeth. All very negative despite having generally good oral hygiene.

The practice was clean and calm. The receptionist was a little grumpy but that could’ve been me. The dentist was very nice and informative. I am thinking of moving to this practice

Emergency appointment Receptionist had all paperwork ready polite and friendly Dentist professional friendly and explained what the problem was and what he was going to do. Also what was needed to be done to permanently fix the problem, anyway apart from the injection a pain free experience
